Yeah the difference is I don't try to make people feel bad about liking Venom 2, I just don't think it's good. I'm not "just coming in here," I've been posting in the thread longer than you and this was quite literally my highest anticipation for a mcu movie ever lol, go fuck yourself. This has nothing to do with me and even I'm annoyed. Sorry I'm a queer Asian person who likes the Marvel movie with a queer character and two Asian characters and an Asian director. You can have whatever opinion you want, just stop making me feel like shit for having mine.

 

This movie was okay.

 

Oh, I never said I wasn't a hypocrite. Doesn't mean what I'm saying isn't still true.

And to be fair, I don't think I've ever called anyone out specifically. There's a difference in my mind between saying "I don't like this" and "I can't believe people like this".

Doesn't mean I won't ever though. Like The Human Centipede; I can't believe there are people who like that.

Anyway, ultimately there's also a difference between expressing an opinion and expressing an opinion repeatedly and often, unprompted.

 

This movie is good but it had the potential to be A LOT better

 

Just started this and the aspect ratio constantly changing is annoying me.

 

It calms down about 1/3 way in but the Enhanced Imax was just constantly shifting back and forth in the beginning lol

 

yeah it was going wild with the deviant fit like 15 minutes in. I almost turned it off.

 

An hour in and this is just pretty boring so far.

This movie isn't bad. It's average and watching it doesn't make me miserable. I can see how someone could sincerely like it. I just feel that it's too ambitious for a 2.5 hour movie.

There are good moments and themes that are refreshing to watch.
