I read that only tests purchased starting January 15 are required to be covered. Your insurance company can choose to reimburse for tests bought before then if they want to…but of course why would they.

Headache, stuffy nose, and slight cough all of a sudden. Super exciting to all start up at 1 AM.

Did Kamala come up with the test reimbursement idea? Surprised reimbursement isn’t reserved only for people that own a business in impoverished areas for three years and have pell grants. Who’s gonna use their fucking insurance for $19 tests??

even in Europe, getting tests is such a gamble. Sometimes I'd walk into a pharmacy and they'd be free, last time I paid 3 euros and 50 cents for one. It's not a lot but still. How the fuck are these not free, especially during a surge of cases?!

  12. I bought another four tests that got delivered yesterday and they expire in March. So I'm going to have to buy a few tests every so often and they expire in like two months.

i know i'm a couple days late to the party but red scare anna catching covid, nearly dying from it, and developing an auto-immune disease from it after two years of being extremely vocally anti-vaxx and still refusing to get the vaccine is just insanely funny to me.

Went into the gas station yesterday where masks are required, and both employees had their masks under their chins and my cashier licked her fingers to open the bag

Since I’ve now recovered from covid as a tripled vaxxed person, that means I can go around licking swing sets now right?

but in seriousness I’m curious to those of you who had covid, did you find yourself taking less precautions or doing anything different after you had it? Feels like I can be more lenient and less worried now which is kinda weird lol

Someone already said the Denver/KC drive which is still the worst drive for my money.

Denver to Austin was brutal too

  24. I didn't, but it was pre-vaccine and the experience was so painful that it kind of had the opposite effect since they weren't sure if you had immunity or whatever.

And now I dunno how I'd feel because one of my best friend's vaxxed husband got it twice in the span of as many months and neither time has been fun for him. (He's not boosted as it hasn't been long enough yet, but still.)
