Dustin’s right that if a lot of things happen the way I’d like them to in Houston that job becomes far more desirable but as it stands now it’s verrrrry undesirable lol

 

I think it's more desirable than some of those other teams, but alot also hinges on Deshaun being traded for a haul

Team is about to get alot better hopefully with cap issues clearing up and having draft picks once again

 

I think it's at the very least already more desirable than the NYG job haha (assuming Judge is fired)

With a Watson trade it gets more desirable than others but at the very least I don't think it's last

 

Don’t worry, the giants are making their assistant gm the gm and calling it a day.

 

You couldn’t make me touch that Watson situation with a 10 foot pole haha.

If it’s already handled, sure. But until then I’ll take NYC, a patient owner, and having the Jets to split the shame pie with any day.

The pressure of fans who also root for the Yankees and complain about the most privileged team of all time, the cost of living in NY, and having no real control and few actual assets? Nah I don't want that at all. I do think Caserio will handle Watson and you can just roll with Mills and get your guy in your time.

I see this as a plus. Both jobs suck but at least the Giants the people who are mad are also mad about:

the Yankees
The Mets
The Knicks
The Jets
The Rangers

I really really don't think there's any world where the Texans can keep and start Watson, no matter who their current or next HC is

I don't see that as a plus at all because I don't think those people are going to just be like "I guess I'll not care about the Giants since the Yankees disappointed for the 500th time in a row by only winning 85% of their games" but I think this is just agree to disagree haha

 

While I think giants fans really want a change, they’re usually pretty tame so I don’t think you’ll hear many of them yelling into sports shows



Because they’re mostly bandwagon fans who don’t know much about football

i think giants fans are still fine clinging to the life of the 2 superbowls with Eli, no matter how bad the season is, they still have a happy memory or two. ny sports radio is mostly dominated by jets callers because the majority of NYC/Long Island is Jets fandom.

 

I’m not sure I agree. Broncos have way more young talent, but having no QB in a division where you have to face Mahomes and Herbert four times a year is not ideal for an incoming head coach. At least with the Vikings, they only have to face Rodgers twice a year

 

It doesn’t matter how bad they do, they still get their millions

 

They've got that defense too tho
