Booking Kanye post-2016 is definitely a huge risk and I’d love to see them go through with it just to see what happens

 

he did the Sunday service thing there in 18 or 19. Probably will be massive.

 

Besides the show he played with Drake in LA last month, I think Kanye hasn't played a proper show since 2016, so yeah it will be huge

 

Also, I bet he will bring a lot of guests that collab in Donda. Not a fan of his persona, but really curious of his show if he is in Coachella

 

Kanye's last Coachella show was truly amazing, just unbelievable. Donda is terrible and the person who he is right now has a ton to atone for and a ton of work to do for me to respect him as a person anymore.

That being said, I would still go see his set, but from much further away than I did in 2011. Just wish it came with a better person as well.

Tyler has been vocal about not enjoying his last Coachella because it was right before Beyonce so none of his fans were up front... BUT if he headlined, that entire issue would be gone, so I don't know.

Kendrick probably just isn't ready for a headline set again, his last one was fucking great and the production value was huge. I would expect that if he were to headline again, he would want a ton of prep time and probably a new album ready

 

Can they run back to My Chemical Romance with their tail between their legs?

Less than 3 months to put together a Coachella quality headlining set, that’s not a great timeline.

When you get your chance to headline you better bring your A-game (Beyonce, Kanye 2011, Radiohead) and not get caught phoning it in (Drake, Ariana).

 

Surprised there hasn't been rumors/speculation about grabbing Silk Sonic as a headliner. That project seemed like it was destined for music festivals - have both guys on stage doing their Silk Sonic songs as well as the greatest hits from their catalogs.

 

I would kill for Silk Sonic to be the third
