Find a better way to phrase this. I get your point but you insinuating that WNBA is beneath her is not helping anything. This is why people still view women’s professional sports as inferior because people think that the mens version is the be all end all.

She absolutely deserves to be a coach in the NBA but choosing go to the WNBA is not a step down.

 

Wonder if that indicates Pop doesn’t plan on retiring in the next year or two

I doubt the Knicks would be too interested unless another team is involved. They'd most likely have to attach Fournier + filler (Knox/Gibson perhaps) to match salary. Their only other significant contracts (Randle/Rose) can't be traded for awhile.
