Most DVD movie for me would be Eight Crazy Nights, first DVDs were Simpsons box sets

Most VHS would probably be Lion King or Toy Story?

I used to carry around the lion king VHS with me in kindergarten. Very essential VHS.

For VHS it's definitely Titanic. Gonna throw out a curve ball for DVD and say Vanilla Sky. I think I only watched it once and barely remember the plot, but I can remember the DVD menu loop.

Also, the Instant Pot is the GOAT kitchen gadget. I don't have an air fryer, but I know they make good wings.

Actually my "most DVD" DVD was definitely Adam Sandlers SNL Greatest Hits.

  9. My friend's dad was an animation college professor back in the 90s. And Christmas 1992 or 93, one of his former students who went on to work for Disney after college brought their family an unfinished VHS copy of The Lion King. My friend's dad eventually digitized it, and my buddy finally showed it to me a year or two ago. We only watched about half the movie, but it was incredible. I know that movie front to back so I was able to pick up on changes in the dialogue and stuff. A lot of the voices weren't even the real actors, a lot of the animation was still storyboard sketches and shit. Anyway, the last few posts talking about The Lion King reminded me that I need to watch the rest of that unfinished version, and somehow steal a copy of it... hahaha

  11. It was amazing. The version of "Circle of Life" at the beginning of the movie was even different. It was either a full demo of the song or only the vocals were different. I can't quite remember. Another reason why I need to get my hands on it. I need to take notes haha.

Just found out there’s a black and white A24 Macbeth movie starring Denzel? How have I never heard of this film?

Joel Coen spends over thirty years sharing credit with his brother, making some of the greatest films of all time, and when he finally steps out on his own his film is referred to as an A24 movie.

Is referring to these films as A24 films a response to people saying "Marvel movie" or "Disney film"?

Ethan Coen and Lilly Wachowski should make a movie together

@Cameron also, like, clearly didn’t know it was by Joel Coen, it’s not like it was said on purpose

Miscasted as what? She exclusively takes roles that require her to look hot and do some fight choreography.

It’s just easy to call an A24 film an “A24 film”. The user probably didn’t know Joel Coen directed it. It’s not a response from anything Marvel or Disney related lol
