She was one of the more memorable actors in Iron Fist

 

Imagine if they keep her as Colleen and still replace Finn as Iron Fist lol

Iron Fist season 2 was the best season 2 of the Netflix series tbh. Ward was great too. Would've traded Defenders or the last season of JJ for another Iron Fist.

the worst part of the netflix series crossing into the movies is the idea that will be danny rand on screen

 

I wouldn’t mind seeing Danny Rand in another role. I just don’t see him as Iron Fist.

I didn’t mind defenders but i understand almost everyone hated it so that’s fine too

It definitely took awhile to get going. I feel like so many fans get really impatient and need instant gratification during first seasons of any of these shows nowadays. I remember back in the day, daredevils first season had a very slow start but by the end, I thought it was amazing.

 

It might be worthy of a rewatch. Now that there's gonna be a quiet spell of Marvel stuff, I may rewatch the Netflix shit. All of DD, 1st seasons of Cage and JJ, 2nd of Iron Fist, Defenders. I liked Punisher too but I feel like it's not as rewatchable lol.

 

Now I know that the Netflix shows are canon due to the interview with Vincent. I didn’t know that when I made the comment.

I still don’t see him as Iron Fist, but if it means we get his supporting cast and those who played them I suppose it’s a fair trade.

 

I’m going to have to rewatch all of the Netflix shows. I haven’t watched them in 4 years and don’t recall a lot of the core plot points.

I'm 8 episodes into a Daredevil rewatch and I definitely forgot a lottt. It's like watching it brand new, and I'm loving it.

 

same. honestly been surprised how little screentime Matt has shared with Foggy and Karen. I know there's a good reason but still feels weird

 

I forgot how lethal Karen can be. Season 1 swiftly reminded me.

 

Karen vs. Wesley was such a tremendous scene.

 

Re: Netflix shows in the MCU. This would be the best way to re-introduce the characters, imo


- DD: blipped, back in NYC, helped in NWH. Have him appear in She-Hulk
- Kingpin: didn’t blip, escaped prison during it but lost his power and used Eleanor/Tracksuit Mafia to slowly get his power grip back. Will be back in Echo, of course.
- ⁠Karen/Foggy: Esssntially the same. I assume snapped with Matt as a possibility. They, too, could be re-introduced in She-Hulk.
- Elektra: isn’t dead, is a shock to Matt. Reveals there is a bigger organization behind the Hand (basically revamp like 10 Rings). Could be utilized later down the road when DD has something more focused on him.
- Bullseye: does contract/mercenary stuff. Loosely reference his back injury, that's it. Can wait until DD has something more focused on him.
- Jessica Jones: still doing PI work. Not blipped. Short reveal in She-Hulk.
- Luke: was blipped, lost the club, easy way to refresh the character. Re-introduced in Heroes for Hire D+ show.
- Danny: was training with Orson Randall. Recast him or not, who cares. Keep Ward. Re-introduced in Heroes for Hire D+ show. As cool as ‘Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Iron Fist’ sounds, I don’t see him pairing with Simu that well.
- Misty and Colleen: Not blipped and have been teaming up for years, fighting crime in New York. Re-introduce them in Heroes for Hire or the Xialing show and then give them a Daughters of the Dragon show.

Like, if No Way Home can maintain the continuity of the older Spider-Man films, they can do the same for Netflix. Easy peasy.
