Sore throat and runny nose is not a vax symptom. I know from experience I thought it was the vaccine and every source said those are not symptoms and turns out I just got sick around the same time which is definitely my luck

 

Welp. I’m positive. My dad and girlfriend are negative (though she says she’s having symptoms, so she probably has it). My sister, mom and I all tested negative yesterday.

 

So you were all negative but symptomatic yesterday? or negative and with no symptoms?

My mom and sister didn’t have symptoms, but my baby niece had been coughing (poor little one probably also has it). I had minor symptoms but they were so slight I kind of thought I was just being paranoid.

 

Honestly, I don’t feel that bad. Slight runny nose and a cough, but otherwise fine. I’m hoping I caught it early enough to reduce any spread.

I guess I was exposed over the weekend and started having symptoms Tuesday. I tested negative Tuesday and Wednesday with tests at work.

This “everyone I know has COVID right now” has not remotely been my experience. And I work in public!

 

The girl I have been seeing started having symptoms a few days ago, for sure thought she had Covid, has now tested negative twice. I thought I might have had it from her and had slight symptoms. I have tested negative twice now as well.

 

Just learned the word cheugy and am now mad

 

Literally the only time I hear someone use this word is when they say they just found about the word

 

I'm just learning about this word from this thread. I've never heard this used before in my life.

I've never heard the word "Cheugy" used by anyone other than TikTok Teens.

 

ALSO my dad apparently had a COVID contact according to the COVIDaware app so uhh, yikes.

 

My girlfriend told me about it because someone said golden retrievers are cheugy so naturally I am mad.

 

Someone just told me what it meant a week ago and I've already forgotten it somehow. I can only assume that case that it's not worth the two seconds to google it again
