Someone guessed on Reddit that it may be the Tom Morello collab song. I would find it a little odd that they would tease a clip in this way for a song that they are technically the feature on, but I guess it’s possible.

 

I agree it sounds more like BB, but he did tease on Twitter several months ago that he'd started writing more RAGC. Maybe that's this?
