I think it's pretty wide, I got a few emails from Stone about it that looked like national-leaning emails. Sent out in boxed 6-packs

Ahh thanks fellas. I don’t pay nearly enough attention to the market these days for a guy who sells beer

where would i be if i was my brain Prestigious

So if I like OG I should just bite the bullet and get the six pack? Haven’t been able to find single cans yet.

if you would buy a 6-pack of the original, you would enjoy the 6-pack of this one as well. The only reason I was able to get a single can was that my local shop let me bust open the 6pack and take one out

I think this is the least I’ve checked in beers since I started using the app in like 2014

    472 check-ins this year (385 last year)

    138 different breweries

Top 5: R. Shea Brewing (28), Wolf's Ridge Brewing (22), Hoof Hearted Brewing (20), The Brewing Projekt (18) and SingleCut (17)

308 badges (I still don't know what that means)

Also, I have no idea how to access this from the app, I got it in an e-mail.

If you go to the app, then go to the news section, you can get to it there. But it opens in a browser page, not in the app itself.

  14. Are you all checking in beers youve checked in previously or just new beers

I never check-in to a beer twice. All new for me.

both usually. But I get flights at most breweries, so that's like... 5-8 check ins per visit, which is why my count might look like a lot

Every beer, especially if I haven’t had it in a long time. That said, I don’t drink a ton of repeats and i also check in flights which I know some people are against for some reason.

untapped has helped me in one key thing.... memory. Being able to go to a brewery and immediately see what I have had from them before, and if I liked it, is so useful. Saves me from accidentally ordering something I already had and didn't like, and also helps me remember what I loved so I can get it again

I think I said this last year as well, but, I really need to start using one of those apps.

Does anyone here know about cellaring beers? I got a bottle of 190 Minute IPA about a year ago, and I learned it's meant to age well. I don't have a cellar or beer fridge so I kept that and some other beers (mostly imperial stouts, and also a quadrupel) in my closet for the past 6-12 months. But now I'm seeing that you're supposed to keep them between 50 & 65 degrees. Room temperature for the most part for me is in the low 70s, but it does get higher when I'm not running the a/c, like right now it's 77 in my apt.

Did I ruin these? Should I fridge them immediately?

I'm not the right guy to ask because I'm not even close to snobby about stuff like that, but I find that closets or garage is fine enough. Or in the fridge, lol I don't know.

I drink a lot of big barrel aged stouts, old ales, barleywines, etc... and I think those are just built to last forever no matter what you do to them, so my advice might not help

Same as Steve... I'm not snobby at all. I have bottles just sitting in the corner in my pantry out of sunlight and or really any light and they seem to be just fine.

I have a lot of beer in my closet, nothing’s ever tasted off to me. Also, re: Untappd, I had 623 check-ins (compared to 638 last year) and 521 unique beers. My top style was saison/farmhouse and tried beers from 218 breweries!
