I dunno, I'm Jewish and I kinda agree with him.

 

He did specify the larger winter holiday season, so it wasn't Christmas-exclusive

If you are watching a movie with other people and you have to leave the room, it is unreasonable to expect others to pause the movie. Even if it is one other person.

Hilarious because my pet peeve is that I'll watch something with my mom and she typically has the remote, and she'll get up to do something and I'll have to grab the remote and pause because she won't do it, and I don't want her to miss anything cause I don't want to have to get her back up to speed.

Just funny cause it's like the exact opposite of yours.

 

Yeah watching something at home is great because you can pause.

Pausing is one of the reasons I don’t like watching movies with people at home.

 

If it’s with one other person, pause. If it’s a group, no pause

 

If it's just one other person, you pause.

But if they get up more than once, and there are no life-threatening emergencies, you tell them to cut the shit.

Group: definitely no pause. That's on them if they can't help wandering off.

 

Broad City stays good longer than Workaholics but Workaholics at its peak is funnier imo. I love both though

I actually literally have the Workaholics guys' podcast playing right now lol, it's become one of my favorite pods since it started
