"Manufactured" and "Authentic" aren't mutually exclusive though.

The music can be hyperproduced and aesthetic and financially backed (Manufactured), but also be lyrically sincere and have a consistent vision (Authentic).

 

Can you give some examples of inauthentic film, visual, etc?

Her music is literally authentic to that of being a teenage girl going through their first heartbreak that can be applied to a lot of people either reminiscing back to that age or even apply it to being older and struggling. Who gives a shit if she made some money and gained a (relatively) small platform on a Disney+ show

Knuckle Puck tour was only 8 dates long and they had to postpone the last show beacuse of Covid. Please be careful when you go to shows, it seems winter might bring more cancellations

EDIT: I just saw Neck Deep and Heart Attack Man also got Covid, canceling the last 2 or 3 dates of their tour. Damn :(

 

Yeah, most events on my campus have been canceled due to COVID outbreaks-- Holiday Spread is gonna be rough this season.
