Speaking of tornados there are 65 mph wind gusts happening in the CLE area right now. Supposed to go to a show tonight and legit thinking there may not be any power.

Existing in St. Louis without a car is nearly impossible. Which is why when I totaled my car and stuck around for another couple months after I just sat in my room injecting drugs for a month and a half straight and never leaving. At least in Philly I can get around super easily without one so I moved back to make my life easier although it also made it harder in many ways. But I’m figuring it out

they wouldn't develop a viral load strong enough for transmission for 4-5 days after infection. also if they're vaxxed and so are you, the chances of actually contracting COVID are low enough not to worry about it further.

air out the place regularly, do an antigen test every morning.

I was at home with my partner for 2 weeks with covid and she didn't catch it. I was well symptomatic too.

Yeah, like inside a pharmacy and waited on a line and in a cramped elevator, not a ton of people but a lot of the people likely don’t believe in science and most probably aren’t vaxxed.

The regular at home COVID test with the nose swab. Not the PCR one you send to a lab.

If the person you room with is vaxxed I don't see a reason to worry about it, the odds that they had contracted covid from going to a store unmasked in that instance is very low. If every time someone went somewhere unmasked caught covid, we'd be in an infinitely worse situation with cases. But I understand every person has different levels of how careful they want to be and anxious regarding exposure, so as @mescalineeyes said, doing an anitgen test everyday should give you some relief.

I imagine the people who say we should ban cars are mostly exaggerating/joking but I don't even know where to start in saying how dumb that would actually be. We could have the greatest public transportation system in the world and it would still be a bad idea lol
