Another weird HOF voter dropped Manny Ramirez from his ballot but decided to vote for Bonds, Clemens and Arod. His explanation is he only turns in small ballots. Ok then.

No I think there are specific rules on these minor league deals. Passan’s tweet made it seem like a players have to be deemed eligible to sign. One of those is that a player couldn’t have played in the MLB during last season.
