It’s not. It’s barely average and the writing is some of the most atrocious shit ever.

It’s monotone dogfighting with above average controls. Wait for a price drop.

 

Player's Log: Virginia.

I completed Virginia today, with only one achievement remaining, which would require me to play the game a second time. This is something I'm not inclined to do at the moment, even though it is a relatively short game and I could probably breeze through a second playthrough.

As for the game itself, it was alright? Very weird. It's a mystery involving a missing persons case, but the game is largely about things happening around the case and not the case itself. There is no dialogue, so everything has to be inferred from action and context, and the game is very inspired by David Lynch, so it's anyone's guess what is actually happening at any given moment.

That said, getting the achievements absolutely required a guide because most involved collecting specific items that you may not even realize were there and/or collectible. Some required getting them at very precise moments too, because sometimes scenes will change without warning. It was a little annoying, but I managed.

Anyway, next on my 505 list is Indivisible.

(Sorry for linking to Reddit). I really feel for a lot of the devs because the internet is the worst and it’s so easy for dweebs to insult these people directly. I also don’t understand how they could not have seen all this backlash coming.

 

I mean the more I read that the more angry I get. They are literally ruining Halo and talking about “feasibility of Slayer”. What a joke

 

I just want them to bring the commando back to flights Level of power, other than that I have 0 complaints.

My god reading that made my head hurt. It’s incredible that they can’t fathom that a lot of people just want to play slayer and don’t like objective games outside of doing challenges. Even the most basic Slayer playlist should be a must and you’d think they would have more of this flushed out by launch.

Honestly 343 are unfit for Halo. They just can’t do it. Every Halo they’ve released so far has had major issues that were apparent to everyone remotely in tune with the franchise.

I still can’t believe that after all these delays, the multiplayer they launched with is comically bare bones and the campaign doesn’t have co-op. Like what have they been doing for 6(?) years?
