That was a good listen! I'd be curious to know if he catches heat going forward. He tightrope walked some subjects in that episode, but it was unclear whether he will avoid burying people, or was saving some of those stories for future episodes.

 

This seems super cool and it’s the night before NJPW. If the holidays weren’t killing my wallet I’d make the trip up.

 

He's saving stories. He's not actively looking to bury anyone, but I can assure you the FPJ is not concerned about catching heat or backlash from anyone in WWE or the biz.

His convo in the second episode with Woods was great, too. Dude is such a great storyteller.

 

Oh I definitely didn't get the impression he was worried about angering any front office people there - he knows he doesn't rely on them for anything, and clearly just wants to tell good stories. I really just meant I got the impression he seems to have respect for the talent and doesn't want to bury them in the process.

Can't wait to see who costs Bryan that match because I highly doubt he loses clean.
