The day has finally come

The day for what you ask?

The day I see this band live once again!

 

Man they were so good tonight. First time I’ve seen them they haven’t played my favorite song 4th of July sadly but they sounded great, especially the new songs.

 

Holy shit they closed their set with a cover of Free Fallon’ and of course it sounded beautiful

 

So I hiked the Grand Canyon rim to rim a couple of weeks ago. And there are some signs about NO Music, because some people are looking for peace and serenity. But let’s be honest, I’m also looking to soundtrack my experiences with widescreen Americana so you bet damn well I had A Billion Little Lights on loop in a shoulder strap pocket (nearly on mute, you’d have to give me a hug to hear it).

 

has anyone said the singer looks like taran killam before?

anyway they are currently crushing their last tour stop in cleveland right now

this is probably a top 10 EOTY for me. just a beautiful record.
