Mucking around when I should be working, here's something that I'm as close to comfortable as I can get. 50 is obviously hugely restricting, but any limit would be restricting, so this will broadly do. The order is definitely a bit sketchy (I can see I've sort of thought of films in batches), but it is what it is.

ok let's go with this list of 50. it's funny, from 2009-2012 or so i was way into movies and buying blu-rays and having a home theatre set up and whatnot and mid-year 2012 when i moved back to Wisconsin it just completely evaporated and i sold off most of my collection when i moved back because all that shit was a pain in the ass to pack. ever since then i've really fallen off the movie watching train, as can likely be seen in the films listed below since almost all of these are likely 2012 or earlier releases except for maybe 4-5?

Top 10 is probably pretty close to being my actual top 10, just not sure of the order. and probably 40-50 would always be in the 40-50 range, the rest is really a toss up and depending on my mood could be moved up or down 15-20 spots.

i haven't put one of these lists together in almost a decade, this was like a weird trip down memory lane and was actually hard to find 50 to list and many of these i've only seen once or twice 8+ years ago so who knows what i'd think if i watched them all now...

    The Rules of Attraction
    Michael Clayton
The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford
Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind
