Oh haven't seen it posted yet but Halo 5 Forge was released for PC today. It includes custom games and has been rumoured to have a server browser in the pipeline!

 

ME A looks promising. Can't believe they're just now finally showing it though.

The ending was perfect! I loved it.

 

I think I burned out on online card games. Hearthstone, Magic Duels, and Elder Scrolls Legends--playing at least one of the three every day, the repetitiveness of the grind became too much. I guess I should get back to Fallout 3 and FFXIII. I think I'll want to find an earlier save and restart Mothership Zeta, I underestimated how big it would be and tried to rush through it without really paying attention.

 

@scott @DeviantRogue and anyone else who might be interested, I still want to do a run-through of the Pre-Sequel with you guys at some point.

Speaking of Gearbox, I should try out Battleborn haha...

 

My internet is pretty rough but I guess that wouldnt be a bad deal in BF.

 

Completed Bound. Absolutely beautiful game. Such powerful yet appropriately-paced moments of emotion. The ending killed me.

yes the xbox one is actually huge. i had one. i have an s now. massive difference.

 

Like seriously in a year with Uncharted, Dark Souls, Deus Ex, and Overwatch....Bound will probably fall in my top 3.

 

Played through Journey for the first time last night since it's a free PSN game this month.

Very neat experience. I ran into another person and went through the entire game with them. Having beeps as the only form of communication is brilliant. Not sure I know exactly what was going on w/ the story even after completing the game but I'm also not sure I'm supposed to.

 

I haven't played many games in the last couple of months. Some Overwatch, some BF1, Firewatch (holy shit I loved that one), but nothing much past that. I feel like I need something with a deep, engaging story to grab my attention. I'm kind of over multiplayer stuff and I need story and a world to get lost in. :/

I haven't - I tried a couple of JRPGs on DS and didn't really care for the game style, so I've never really given FF a thought. :/

 

do you mean the battle system? if so, do you prefer real time over turn based?

 

I'm not sure what I want to play next either. Just finished a stretch of replaying the first three Uncharteds then going through 4 and then Firewatch (really enjoyed it as well). Might do a couple more shorties I already have (Journey, Never Alone) and then I should be getting a copy of the FFX remaster in the mail next week so may just jump to that.

 

Yeah, I prefer something more real time and in-the-moment. Getting through a story as it happens.

I have some Humble monthly games that I should probably try.

I'm getting pretty hyped for WatchDogs 2. I need more AC Universe

 

also the upcoming FFXV you'd enjoy. and i think the FF7 remake will be similar.
