The first 5 seconds of a theme is so vital for getting a great pop and there are countless examples of that.

This FTR theme people need to register in their mind if they even hear a theme song before they can react, the first few seconds are a fuckin bass line that sounds like a super nintendo game.

Well in this world where I have the power to 'make' new music for FTR, clearly TK trusts me. So I pitch to him buying rights to a Poppy song for FTR because Poppy used to be NXT. It's an easy sell.

Eddie SHOULD have beaten Punk, y'all put way too much stock in a 'first loss' like Punk would be a hard to believe contender because he lost one time. Punk is a fucking all time legend, he is always a believable contender. Eddie wins that night, no one would ever forget it. Ever. Had major momentum and that's exactly the time for someone like CM Punk to give him the win.

Would have made the MJF feud even better too.

Yeah that would be good for sure. If I had to pick i'd want Eddie as I think it would benefit him more but clearly they don't have plans for Eddie long term and they are sculpting something special for MJF.

I wonder how long they string this feud along. Probably heel shenanigans from MJF resulting in DQs or countouts leading up to a stip match without any DQ. Prob before the next PPV though. First TBS show?
