You're all wrong about the 10 minute version, it's really good and adds so many more great Taylor lyrics

    beautiful and chequered, the end

    22 sounds so off

Anyone else here a very strange “click” noise on beats 1 and 3 of state of grace? It’s like the bass drum is hitting a piece of wood or something

Only other song I've listened to on this is Never Getting Back Together and yikes that weeEEEE is rough

I think a lot of the upbeat tracks lost a certain something with the new music, it feels a bit more static or controlled. The drums specifically are a bit more flat sounding on the upbeat stuff

My wife audibly gasped at "you kept me like a secret but I kept you like an oath", really good line

I do not believe for a second she actually wrote that line back in 2011/12 lol

I wasn't planning on staying up for this, but I couldn't sleep, so did some initial listening.

The new Fearless (after the slight uncanny valley in listen #1) was an absolute revelation, something I might cheat and make my AOTY, but this already seems like it'll be a harder re-record for me to ease myself into. Not sure if it's that the original is starting from a stronger place sonically or that I've listened to it more the past handful of years. Either way, interested in giving it a few complete listens to see how that feels.

I did give the 10-min "All Too Well" a deep listen. It's good. Feel like she cornered herself into making a version that breaks the 10-min mark, lol, and I don't know that I'll listen to it more often than the original version a year from now, but none of it dragged for me. And, some nice new lyrical moments in there.

Confession: I've never actually heard the original Red. Only the 3 big singles.

That said, I was not ready for Stay Stay Stay to be straight up vlog music

10 minute “All Too Well” was killer. Understand why it got cut down but wow. All the vault tracks from this era are amazing. A few top tier Swift songs in this batch for me

I think some songs like State of Grace sound great, but there's other songs where they are definitely worse. Holy Ground starts out to me as being a much inferior version than the original. Just felt very flat. Not sure if its the drums or what

    Keep on moving. Busy street.

It seems to me that most of the instrumentals in Fearless (Taylor's version) were carbon copies of the originals, but the differences between REDtv and RED are more noticeable.

That’s wild, so you’re listening to this version first? I feel so many ways about that.
