What is that even about? I spend enough time alone with the thoughts in my head. Sometimes I need to drown that shit out with some good tunes.

 

My mom listens to talk radio sometimes, my dad listens to the news which I find so boring

 

I don't know driving is super stressful for me and music is the only way I remain somewhat sane

 

I only turn down or off music when I'm driving in the City going somewhere new and I need to focus.

I don't understand not liking music. I couldn't deal.

 

I've never met anyone who dislikes music, I know people who don't watch movies which is equally baffling

I would definitely text her, but don't just ask if you're still on. Ask a specific question about plans. That way she doesn't second guess the date or whatever
