So, this is my first listen to any of this, and post-boredom had me grinning like a doofus on my morning walk. Also, just generally speaking, this production on this is SO crisp in the best way. They done good. This was worth the wait.

 

Preparing to head home and hit my first listen when the clock strikes midnight in just about an hour and a half.

For those of you who have listened already: would a first listen go better with a late-night run, or in a dark room with a glass of whiskey?

 

Damn, We Go Together is an EVENT of a song. Like in a way they haven't down before I don't think, if there was ever a song of theirs that sounds like it could be part of a theatrical production (sorry Off Broadway!) it would be that one. Really cool ending song.

 

100% a run. While wearing rollerblades. On fire.

I'm on the 3rd listen through and all 3 times I've had chills when Josh comes in. That riff is just nuts to me and him and Keith are perfect.

Anyone who listened to this for the first time with a drink in hand - how did you resist the urge to throw the glass against the wall and throw down with the air

 

I was able to hear it yesterday morning while walking around the warehouse at my job and when the music kicks in on the first song I had to fight the very strong urge to fire my metal water bottle through the wall lol

 

I was also at work and had to fight the urge to plant my head into my desk, had to settle for aggressive airdrumming while making direct eye contact with a coworker
