SERIOUSLY!!! My ticket was like $50, for both shows.

I know! I only have tickets to the first night, but I paid $50 before fees also. I'm tempted to buy these tomorrow, but I don't know if I really need to go both nights.

Couldn't pass up the $20 deal for night 2 in Chicago. Pumped!

  6. I took off 4 songs from this album and now I can listen to it straight through and enjoy it.

I still like their debut soooo much more.

Imagine not liking a song from a band you actually enjoyed overall and saying "Never again."

People also get really up in arms about bands that other people listen to as well...

I'm so torn on this! I want to buy tickets since they are so cheap just in case. I can always decide which night to go to later on and sell the other.

I think that's probably a good shot. You can even go to the 1st night and decide on that Monday if you want to see it again or sell the ticket for $20 the day of if you decide not to go a 2nd time.

Or we just have thoughts on the things being discussed. You don't have to be "up in arms" to be like "that's a bad thing to do." But yeah, stifle the discussion by acting like that's what's happening

Y'all act like it's crazy to find it weird that people are deleting tracks. What's crazy, though, is that people are deleting tracks. No one has come up with a good counter argument as to why you should delete tracks. You are literally removing all possibility that those songs will grow on you. What's the point? Do you not believe in growers? Has nothing ever clicked for you months or years down the road after not liking it? I'm just trying to understand because it makes absolutely no sense and some of y'all are trying to make us seem like the bad guys for not getting it. So someone enlighten me

Everything you say I'm in complete agreement with on this topic so far. I have never ever deleted a song from a release. So alien to me.

  18. I take tracks off or switch up tracklists mostly just for fun. If I want to put the full album on, I will, but if I just want to listen to the songs that I like, I'll make a mix CD or playlist of just those ones so I don't feel the urge to skip any tracks. I don't take songs off to delete them out of my memory for forever though. Then again, I don't buy digital albums or anything, so I could see why it's easier for some people to just delete them off of their computers all together, if that's what they're into.

As for this album in particular, I have listened to it countless times hoping it would click with me like the first album immediately did, but this one just hasn't clicked yet, if it ever will, I don't know. I listen to it now purely in hopes that it will finally hit me, not because I love or even like it. Granted, there are a few songs I like quite a bit, but the majority of them are just songs that I wouldn't skip if they were on.

"Love Me" is by far my least favorite song on this album. Can't stand it. :-)

Why delete though? Just smash that skip button fam

  20. I'd rather play a CD all the way through without skipping tracks. I don't actually delete the songs from my computer or anything, if I am listening to it digitally, I just don't add the songs I dislike to the playlist.

that's a bit different then, I've heard of people outright deleting song files and I'm just like, what the hell? Haha

  22. Haha yeah, I'm not like that. I just don't listen to the songs I dislike.

For anyone deleting any songs from this album, perhaps give a song more than six months to grow on you.

I get making a playlist of an abridged version of the album or with a different tracklistings I guess, but outright deleting song files is whack

I've definitely deleted songs completely before. I need to literally despise the song though to the point where it's actually affecting my enjoyment of the album and how often I listen to it. I've done it a few times too if it's a band where they have a different singer for like one or two songs like Rilo Kiley. Skipping is an option for sure but I listen to music when I'm out a lot and cba taking my phone out of my pocket just to skip a shit song I know I'm going to skip every time.
