Finally got the Classic and the Classic Garlic Fresno. Good stuff, the OG is much more vinegary than I expected. Also grabbed the Heartbeat Dill Pickle Serrano and the Hoff & Pepper Haus sauce

I'm at the NYC Hot Sauce Expo tomorrow and Sunday.

You could imagine what the mens bathroom at the hot sauce expo smells like.

 

My band’s drummer makes hot sauce and they are deeeelish! Everything he uses is from his garden as well.

Damn, this Melinda's Habanero is gonna become a mainstay. So good.

 

Are there any other must-purchase's of this Melinda Brand? I saw a ghost pepper one I'll prolly try. I was actually surprised how hot the habanero was since they rate it a 2/5 peppers on the bottle

 

their pizza hot sauce is fuckin great imo. Its like a liquid version of crushed red pepper and its not overbearingly hot either and goes well with a lot of foods other than just pizza.

You should try Marie Sharp’s habanero sauce and her other sauces. She started Melinda’s and then corporate took over and kicked her out. Her orange pulp habanero hot sauce is amazing.

sorry for the terrible photo but i just did my own hot ones challenge with my leftover smoked wings with whatever sauces i had lying around and i am not built for it. I ate the last 3 so fast just to get through it lmao. Dripping sweat.

 

anyone do the one chip challenge? might be the worst decision of my life. i made it 30 seconds in before i downed a half gallon of milk. 30 minutes later and i'm still shaking.

 

i picked up their Ghost pepper recently and it’s great on everything.

 

My recent haul. First pic has some Hot Ones sauces. I love the Los Calientes ones but have not tried the others. Second pic is my haul from Butterfly Bakery. Aside from a couple, I haven’t tried most of these. A few friends and I are planning on doing a wing night with the 4 hot ones sauces and a few of the Butterfly ones mixed in.

 

Stuff I got recently. Actually liked the Scorpion sauce way more than I expected to, considering I'm not usually the biggest fan of Tabasco
