My favorite snack I’ve gained over the last year has been giant Honey Crisp apples from Fresh Thyme; juicy and sweet. I’ll have one as a side “dish” to whatever meal I’m having at lunch or dinner, they’re so big. $2.99 a pound, but totally worth it

I feel nothing but shame and anger when I see my colleagues do this. Losing the job isn't enough, their medical license should be revoked. If I fuck around with my car, I lose my driver's license, if I fuck around with the safety of my patients, I should lose my medical license.
