i cant believe the cardinals actually have a shot at the wild card. i mean the chances of us winning a game against the dodgers are slim and we probably wont hold onto this slot but its fun to dream right now

 

nah gotta believe in the devil magic haha. the one-game playoff is so freaking random that it wouldn't be that improbable for us to advance. plus we seem to always ruin the dodgers playoff hopes when we go up against them, see also

now I am not convinced we will hold on to the WC2 spot. but if we get in, then anything can happen imo. and we've played okay versus SF too this yr, which would be the NLDS matchup!

 

honestly if we keep up the way weve been playing lately you're right. i hate how this team doesnt decide to look like a playoff team until september lol

 

giants vs. cardinals series would HAVE to have one of the oldest collections of starting pitcher matchups in recent memory

 

I’m 100% confident the Dodgers are losing the wildcard game if they have to play in it lol
