The comments say it was a bit. No one went to a used show and booed them off the stage haha

I think that may be the earliest one. It’s what I use on Thursdays.

That's actually the best song I've heard from them in some time.

Just finished it. There is some decent stuff on here, but these are definitely b-sides.

An inconsequential shift as the continents drift.

I'm liking it so far, "The Brothers Karamazov" has their best hook in ages

much like their old b-sides this seems to be just that bit more adventurous than the main album tracks and it's just that bit cooler too ("Pain" is still top 3 Used for me)

eh yeah the middle stretch is pretty nondescript but the first three songs and "See You in Hell" are really good stuff. "Obvious Blase" is by a comfortable distance the best song from these sessions though

Haven't listened to the B-sides yet but Blase felt pretty close to fitting right on ILAD to me

    Read: I agree

Cathedral Bell is easily my favorite from the album, it's kinda amazing they can even successfully make a song like that this late into their career

Not a bad vinyl price for so many songs

  13. You can definitely tell these are b sides but they’re damn good. I like every new song that came out a lot

honestly you could drop the first three tracks from the deluxe in place of the Blow Me > Bloody Nose run and almost all my complaints about the album would be gone lmao

When The Brothers Karamozov started I thought it was a cover of Don't Make Me Go by Off With Their Heads lol

    The Canyon..... Woooooof

The only thing I remember about that record is TheUsedFan. Wonder how he or she is going?

The Canyon is one of my favorite albums of all time. Heartwork doesn't even come close.

I love these b-sides though, Joey has a lot more time to shine on them.

The Canyon isn't as bad as I remembered, but I MUCH prefer Heartwork.

The Canyon is a lot of interesting ideas, a few good songs, completley ruined by production

  24. I really didn't like The Canyon at first. But after an honest try earlier this year, there's a ton of great tracks. It's just toooo many songs and the production can be tough sometimes. Though, sometimes I think that rough production is great. I really like how Bert's voice sounds on a lot of those tracks.

I'm a big fan of the production. I also usually love Feldmann's sleek and shiny style but the 'live in a room recorded to tape' sound they captured with Robinson just does it for me.
