Dom Smith is an enigma.

 

He looked like he was getting it together for awhile too. Had a .778 OPS from May to August which isn't great but is playable at least. But literally a .483 OPS since then with just 4 doubles and no homers. He has to be hurt or something, no?

 

I have no faith in Hembree and am frankly horrified that he's even in the game in this situation

 

I don’t think he is hurt, but i wonder honestly if he genuinely struggles mentally with the game. He looks ***awful*** so much and just looks completely lost at the plate.
