If I show up to work 4 hours late unannounced I may not be getting fired but I’m definitely getting reprimanded. I don’t see the big deal here. Sounds like Kanye have him a chance to come back?

 

1. "Come back when you found God" is not a serious offer of a chance to come back
2. That is absolutely no way to speak to an employee
3. He is one of the richest musicians in the world putting together a vanity project, it is absolutely not that serious that one guy oversleep

 

Not to mention he’s probably got 6 other producers/engineers working on the project. What’s losing one for a couple hours

 

I really wish someone would show Kanye how good his albums would sound on vinyl if they were mastered correctly for the medium.

I already own a good chunk of it but would buy into a box set for a quality pressing of MBDTF alone.

I'll offer up mine, even though it's longer and I've somehow soured on this even more since it was released. I tried to keep the most important bits and combine something similar to the original tracklisting with the energy from that second listening party. I think the sequencing is much better, plus it reduces your chances of hearing Manson/Brown/DaBaby by 100%.

Feel like I should also say I would never be so arrogant as to assume I know an artist's work better than themselves, but considering the state of release surrounding this thing...yeah. This is better lol. If I'm ever listening to the album, which is rare, it's gonna be this version.

I honestly haven’t gotten through the whole thing at once. And when I did complete it I either missed a song or repeated. I like Donda Chant as an opener. But should have been like half of the time.

 

unlike the Globglogabgalab sample which was reduced to one measure and should have been four

 

Heaven and Hell is such a highlight on this album for me (even though I prefer the original vocal take "new grills, new teeth" before the drop).

 

The beat drop on Heaven and Hell is fucking nasty
