Scrubs isn’t good though

 

Scrubs is great and today’s episode of Ted Lasso was solid. Carry on.

Scrubs is good. I enjoy Lasso more.

 

Scrubs is funnier but Lasso will age better.

They're totally different styles of comedy anyways. Feels weird to compare them. Lasso is far more grounded, where Scrubs would get downright silly with JD's fantasy scenes and the Janitor's behavior

 

Ted Lasso needs an episode that randomly breaks into a Colin Hay performance.

 

Every show needs that tbh

 

make an entire episode that's just Keely and Sam watching Ratatouille

 

Damn fine episode this week.

Beard is going to have a field day with Dark Nate™.

 

Nate is being such an asshole and it's driving me crazy lol but great episode otherwise

 

I don’t like this Nate being an asshole storyline.

 

Yeah he's just downright cruel in this episode.

 

His storyline isn't my favorite but it works and makes sense and they've done it well in my opinion. He was just so pure in the first season lol.

 

yeah it makes sense that Nate who has never really been in a position of power before, probably because of race and class, would abuse it, and his dad being disapproving doesn't help

like with Ted lashing out at Sharon it makes sense even if it's hard to watch, and I'm glad Sharon called out Ted and Coach Beard saying do better to Nate is his version of calling out

 

This season has been rough PR for my community

 

Can't be worse than what Shameless did to the Ian community

 

Starting season 1 again and just noticed how, in episode 2 before the game against Palace, Ted says “let’s go out there and show them who’s house this is”. Which is a joke that may have gone over the head of the casual viewers as it’s actually Palace’s Selhurst Park where they film all AFC Richmonds home games! Being a massive Palace fan, that really tickled me.

As was them playing Glad All Over by the Dave Clarke Five over the credits as that’s what the players come out to and, if we win, go off to after a game.

 

Also don’t think Scrubs is all that. One or two good characters, but not enough to make me watch it regularly. If I’m at someone’s and they have it on, I’ll watch it. But would never choose to watch it.

 

Quit turning Nate into a prick
