So Horror Noire is an anthology horror film, just named after the book/documentary?

I liked the new Candyman a lot more than the first one. Horror in the art world, reminded me of Velvet Buzzsaw.

Also randomly spotted/bought XX on DVD from the bookstore hah. I think I saw it on Netflix, I remember liking it.

King of the Hill is still on Hulu.

Parks & Recreation, That 70's Show, Hey Arnold/Rugrats.

That's something I have felt to be relatably the last few months. With an increasing work load and in the process of closing on a house, my desire to watch movies and television has been minimal. Sitting myself down to watch something new has been difficult. Instead, I have been putting on more comfort movies for background noise. Last night's choice was Scary Movie 2.

Didn't expect this so soon but totally here for it. I know what to expect from this series at this point and I'm loving the mix of fun and hokey that it brings. Also, Michael Rooker!

  14. Candyman yesterday had some interesting trailers for Antlers, Malignant, Titane, and Last Night in Soho. And Shang Chi which comes out tomorrow haha

  15. Last Night in Soho looks wild. I have low expectations for Malignant but am stoked it's coming to HBO Max

I don’t think I’ve ever hated a character as much I hate the red haired woman (can’t ever remember her name) in Slasher season 4

Thought of an interesting ranking for horror franchises.

    Movie one - Halloween
Movie two - Friday the 13th Part 2
Movie three - Friday the 13th Part III
Movie four - Halloween 4: Return of Michael Myers
Movie five - The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (2003 reboot)
Movie six - Friday the 13th Part VI: Jason Lives
    Movie seven - Halloween H20
Movie eight - Freddy Vs Jason (8th nightmare film)
Movie nine - Halloween (remake, and it kills me to list it here but JGTH is beyond trash)
Movie ten - Jason X (also hate this movie but Halloween II is also beyond trash)
    Movie eleven - Halloween (2018)
Movie twelve - Friday the 13th (reboot)

I don't think any franchise has 13 or more films so I'll end it here.

  24. Ahhhh yeah, With Gourley and Rust does that re: pitting the major franchises together. I'd take the first three Halloween movies, Friday 4-8, and then the rest of mine would be the same as yours
