you know, a year or so ago when her new show on Fox started I was surprised she would be game to be on a show that would air on Fox because I thought she was a good person but it becomes more and more clear the more I learn about her that she fits in pretty perfectly at Fox.

The Gaffigan news is super disappointing to me because he seemed like someone who understood how dumb and terrible it was to do the things he literally just did and said to that woman.

On top of him being for the most part wholesome and focusing 90% of his acts on food he’s married with like 12 kids and like others have said - his wife co-writes and produces his shows so I guess I assumed they were together most of the time with their family since I think they bought a giant ass RV tour in and bring all the kids. Not that this makes it impossible for someone to do what he did but idk he was one of the few that seemed to know to not have his head up his ass but I guess everyone does

He's providing a HUGE platform to these conspiracy theorists and by all accounts presenting their position at least on par with actual experts, if not actively accepting and promoting it. That leads people to explore their other conspiracy theories, which include that COVID is a hoax.

Plus the underpinnings of 9/11 conspiracy theories are largely anti-semitic, it's all really despicable and dangerous.

Frustrating when people can’t see that what Louis did is essentially workplace harassment and that you should keep any women who may be at your venue safe by not booking a famous sexual harasser. Like yeah technically Louis can try to make a living doing comedy, Maron is right, you literally can’t take that right away, but venues don’t have to book him if they don’t want to! That’s why he has the right to “try”, not to succeed.
