I don’t follow him so maybe he does this as well, but it really sucks when he calls a release that not only is messy and a mixed bag, but also features abusers on it “beautiful” and “true art” but not literally any other release from this year that those descriptions would be more apt for. If this is what he calls “true art”, I implore him to listen to other records that have dropped this year or in recent years lol.

4 albums that came out on Friday that deserve your attention more than this giant piece of shit.

Also, reggae and dub legend Lee “Scratch” Perry passed away today. Do what I’m doing and check out his massive back catalogue.

 

Definitely easy to compare. One is an incredible album that oozes passion from REAL people , the other is a marketing ploy by a former artist that has more money that he knows what to do with.
