The idea that this guy needs "restorative justice" from Nirvana is an insult to the term

 

I’m not saying he does, I’m just not foreclosing on the possibility that something might be owed to him. Like, literally said I’m not sure what that would be lol

 

Obviously people could Google you, but like are people really constantly identifying you as the Nirvana baby unless you tell them? He's not exactly a household name

 

I feel like based off the GQ interview, his stress around it is coming from situations where he tells people he’s that baby. In which case…. Don’t tell them? But i could also imagine it just being a weird, surreal, alienating feeling internally.

 

If that guy ends up winning anything from this lawsuit, there will be a bunch of people who were a naked baby in television, films, and various medical videos lining up to claim damages.

I may even sue my mom for showing everyone pictures of me in a bubble bath, no matter how much of a cute little guy I was.

 

Yeah this is just dumb. Guy is looking for a payday because he knows theres an incredible chance he’s gonna get something out of it.

There is an episode of Penn and Teller Bullshit all about circumcision. They have a lot of stuff about people suing their parents and doctors for snipping them. Really odd and interesting stuff. Can't remember any of the outcomes tho.

 

The first time I went to Washington, D.C. I was on a high school class trip. At one point we were walking around the area near the Capitol building and we came upon a small protest that was happening. I couldn't really tell what the people were protesting from a distance, so I walked closer and that's when I saw these notecards on the ground that they had been passing out. When I picked up one of the note cards I saw that it read "THIS NOTECARD IS APPROXIMATELY THE SIZE OF THE AMOUNT OF SKIN LOST BY A CHILD DUE TO CIRCUMCISION".

That was my introduction to this movement lol

The guy on the Nirvana cover has reshot the album cover like 3x already, including as recently as five years ago. He did it with shorts on, but I recall an interview where he wanted to do it naked.
