I don't think Ted and Rebecca is a good pairing. I like their friendship

 

One review I’ve read guessed the person Rebecca’s been flirting with on Bantr is Rupert. That’d be clever I guess, but I certainly hope it’s not him.

Liked this one a lot, Roy is the reluctant hero this show needs.

people are really trying to come for this show this morning. baffling. the Christmas episode was bad but other than that this season has been on par with season 1.

 

Agreed that it's on par with S1, but I actually really liked the Christmas episode, too

 

the show often teeters right on the edge of overly saccharine to the point of being corny without going over the edge. it went over on the Christmas one. last week was good though.

 

the Christmas episode was weird to watch in the middle of summer, but when Christmas time is around the corner, everyone will be on board.

 

People forget it's not basic TV. It's from a streaming service. People will binge over the holidays and love it

Christmas episode is when I realized the show was completely unafraid of being too much, but there’s enough good stuff that it works. The cinema of the Christmas episode itself was a beautiful encapsulation of found family and embraced the multicultural aspect of pro sports teams in a lovely way.

 

While I have my problems with season 2, the contrarian discourse on Twitter is truly miserable.

 

I understand people preferring plots driven by conflict , but if you think Ted is just supposed to be annoying what show are you watching haha
