Oh yeah, oh yeah, everything is terrible.

oh my god, I'm back on my bullshit Prestigious

PWD have been steadily getting bigger for years, and AA have dropped a lot in the last few. I don't think there is a single country where AA would headline over PWD these days.

Next Show - Foals April 22nd

Both bands have played the same venue the last time they were here. Parkway sold it out well in advance while AA didn't even come close. It's about time.

    but does it djent?

IRE was a huge album for PWD. It was a change in sound and it appealed to more fans. Their tour with ADTR in the U.S. this spring probably didn't hurt them either (granted that's speaking domestically not foreign). With AA losing Danny a lot of hype with them was lost, not saying that The Black was bad, one of my favorite AA albums, but whenever a major lineup change like that happens a band is gonna lose steam. AA toured with BFMV this spring and I would have never imagined BFMV billed above AA but it happened.

    Things have changed.

No way Black Sabbath is. It's like AC/DC, The Stones and U2 or, as this stadium tour shows us, GNR. McCartney isn't a band so he doesn't count.

If A Day To Remember is gonna try arenas again for their next US headliner there has to be at least 3 bands supporting with one or two that's a big name. Gotta fill those seats unless they stick to just large clubs in which case probably two bands supporting with one being a smaller band such as Wage War. Either way could see The Story So Far being on either type of tour, they've mentioned TSSF as being their favorite band to tour with and they haven't done the US together before.

I think ADTR's best chance of filling an arena is co-headlining with a big band that doesn't have the exact same fanbase in order to draw a mixed crowd. Either someone more on the pop oriented side or a heavy band. That being said All Time Low, Of Mice & Men, or Sleeping With Sirens would probably make the most sense. Then take a band like Memphis May Fire, State Champs, or Parkway Drive out as direct support. Just thinking hypothetically. ADTR's sound covers enough ground that it's never easy to predict what direction they'll go in with support bands.

Could see the Bad Vibrations tour being
    A Day To Remember/Of Mice & Men/Neck Deep/Tonight Alive/Moose Blood
    Hitting arenas

That would interest me very little especially after seeing ADTR open twice for blink.

I've fallen out really hard with OM&M lately and have never really been a huge fan of Tonight Alive. If OM&M were replaced by someone like August Burns Red or Motionless In White I would be good. And TAA would make me quite happy to see in that Tonight Alive spot. What about Beartooth?

Yeah the problem is all of the bands that are close to their level in the scene they've already toured with before, which is tough because they need big enough bands but also have to try to not just rehash their old tours to make sure people will still come out. The only bands at ADTR's level in the Warped Tour scene are Pierce The Veil, All Time Low, Of Mice & Men, Bring Me The Horizon. You could maybe include Sleeping With Sirens but their hype is nowhere near as high as it was in like 2013. Out of all of those bands OM&M is the least recent one they've toured with in the US so I'm going with them plus they don't have any US shows booked outside of a couple of festivals for the next couple of months. Here's my prediction for an early 2017 tour for maybe late February / early March.

A Day To Remember / Of Mice & Men / The Story So Far / Beartooth

What about old school pop punk bands? I mean obviously they're touring with Blink-182 right now, what about New Found Glory, Good Charlotte, etc.? They haven't toured with them and I think it may possibly work.

I think I am starting to get bored with ADTR. I just listened to their new album and it didn't do much for me. All of these likely tour packages don't really do much for me either.

I honestly see it being something like
    ADTR
The Story So Far/August Burns Red
    The Amity Affliction(First Leg)
    Beartooth(Second Leg)

I could see it being the tour The Ghost Inside comes back on, unless warped is paying them a shit ton for being the first tour with them back next year.

NFG had ADTR as direct support on the Easy-Core tour in 08. It worked very well for both bands.

ADTR/August Burns Red/Neck Deep would be the dream team

That would be nice. Toursick in 2010 with ADTR, Silverstein, August Burns Red, and Enter Shikari is still one of my favorite shows I've attended.

I don't know if MMF would jump on tour with ADTR. They turned down the Parks and Devastation tour and Chiodos got their slot.

Did they really turn down that tour just to do that co-headliner with Yellowcard?

I don't know if they turned it down because of the YC tour or they didn't want to play a 30 minute set, but the YC tour was a fun for me. I liked the entire package and I got to see The Deepest Well live.

I'm in the same boat. That album was the topic of conversation yesterday with my buddies throughout the day. It's weak. I came to the conclusion that its their radio album.

Some okay songs but no major stand outs, and they should do a redo immediately.
