about halfway through and this movie is just so much fun

 

Absolutely great. Been smiling the whole time

I loved this so much

 

I watched this two days in a row. I liked it even more the second time

 

almost thought you meant you watched this twice in a row for two days for a total of four viewings, shit

This was fantastic. Way funnier and violent than I anticipated. Up there with BOP and WW as great DC movies. It may have ran a little long; but it was so much fun that I didn’t mind. A Peacemaker show doesn’t seem necessary, but I’ll still check it out since Gunn is behind it. I still need to check out Shazam.

 

I went into this completely blind and one of my friends that watched with me has a rat phobia so she spent quite a lot of the movie with her eyes averted, haha. Sebastian was so cute!

 

I think I like this more than any aspect of the movie itself.

In all fairness they basically just took Deadshot and just changed his name to Bloodsport in the movie.

 

I'm definitely excited for the show, I just can't see myself liking or rooting for Peacemaker at all

 

Given how Peacemaker was portrayed in the film, I very much doubt the show will ask audiences to do either of those things

 

But you need a main character you can root for in a way, even if they're shitty. Kenny Powers and Walter White are pieces of shit, but I still like them. Nothing about Peacemaker really gives me that hope.

I trust Gunn, just curious how this is going to work
