Quiet Town is a jam in the same way Born in the USA is. I love it

This is your life, are you who you want to be?

    This is so refreshing.

Yeah, Quiet Town is my immediate favorite but I could see that changing. This whole thing is so strong.

The kind of album I always wished they would put out and thought was in there deep somewhere, so I’m just ecstatic today.

Crazy that they made this at all let alone a year after Imploding the Mirage.

this is already great to listen to, but really excited to experience this in the fall.

“They only give you a 7+ if you’re Kanye” is not a new or interesting topic

Immediate favorites are Sleepwalker and In The Car Outside.

Crazy that I just discovered Imploding the Mirage like a month ago and I already have a new Killers album to dive into.

So far, their best album since Sam’s Town, which is my favourite album of all time. (I also loved Imploding.)

Their storytelling and lyrics have taken a huge leap. These songs run you over like a pickup truck.

For sure. It’s their version of T Swift’s No Body No Crime but wayyy less happy. Hah

West Hills is so reminiscent of Anberlin’s Fin. at times.

An inconsequential shift as the continents drift.

just realised Nate Walcott and Rob Moose contributed on here, dope

Throughout my first deep, headphones listen, I kept hearing flashes of Wilco. When it ended, (besides immediately wanting to listen again), it really made me want to put on Yankee Hotel Foxtrot. Which bodes well for the longevity of Pressure Machine because YHF is a top 5 all-timer for me.

West Hills sounds like a whimsical fleet foxes song

For some strange reason, the chorus of Sleepwalker reminds me a ton of PB’s “Kyoto” chorus. Try singing it over the top of Sleepwalker when Brandon says “everyone is afraid of something”

For their entire career I've just enjoyed Killers singles and never had a full album click with me (though I have tried), and now they've given me two albums I absolutely adore in a year. Holy smokes man, all aboard.
