If I’m not hearing Oxytocin at every gay circuit party after party for the rest of my life, I don’t want to live.

I, like many others, knew after the first few listens that this was an outstanding album but also that I would need more time for it to settle in.

It has now settled in! I'm obsessed. This album is so expertly crafted.

After listening through it’s clearly well made but it just didn’t do much for me. I think I’m over her voice as well.

Same thoughts, and it’s a little long for me as well. Typically not a fan of albums that extend past like 12 songs. 10 is usually ideal. Very rarely does it pay off when an album extends itself further than that. And I’m not talking about length wise, I mean song count, somehow a 16 track album that’s under an hour feels longer than a 10 track album that’s over an hour to me. Maybe my brain is just fried.

Was discussing this album with my sister last night and that was my biggest thing: I wish it was the 12 best tracks and then like a deluxe edition 6 months from now with 4 "new" tracks.

yeah the almost hour run time is making me hesitant to give it another spin to see if I feel any different.

Gave it a second listen today and it really started to hit the spot. Definitely gonna be a grower.

Too many slow/lowkey songs for my personal taste like I suspected but the best stuff is really good

Can't really get enough of this. I wish it were a song or two shorter but on the other hand the length isn't preventing me from hitting play and listening to it all the way through.

I think my favorite line or at least delivery is “you better lock your phonnnnnnnneeeeeee”. Not sure why, it’s just so great and I could listen to the line and the beat behind it on repeat.

I've finally gotten a few listens in and I think I'm in the group who loves this. A lot of songs definitely have a slower pace but it never really gets boring for me and I think it's paced so well. Just when you need them, the bops appear. It's got a really nice flow throughout. There's more than enough going on to make me want to keep coming back
