Beat the third boss in Returnal!!!!!!!

Bro the story in Returnal just got way more intense

 

I just figured there would be a revalation or something would happen. But yeah, nothing.

Just completed the main campaign on Doom Eternal. Time to mop up some collectibles being OP and then play the DLC (which I have heard is MUCH harder than the campaign)

 

Wish I could experience Doom ‘16, and Eternal for the first time again. Those freeze grenades in Eternal were essential.

 

Surprisingly never used them until the very end but the one-two punch of flames and a lobbed frag grenade is very effective and then cycle back around and pick up the armor.

 

My mind is truly blown with Microsoft Flight Simulator. Playing on the Series X. All I’ve done(mostly) is fly around my home town and the surrounding areas. A 1:1 recreation of earth is astounding. And things are accurate. I’m stunned.

(playing on easy mode controls and I can’t land and then park to save my life. I literally end up on my nose or upside down. )

 

It’s incredible what they have been able to achieve with a console. A new bar has been set for what consoles can do.

 

My Buddy streamed it to us in discord last night and I was completely fucking mind blown.

 

Deaths Door had over 100, 000 players in its first week. That’s incredibly impressive for a two person team.

Boss four in Returnal DOWN! Was surprised how easy it was. I actually accidentally stumbled into a YouTube walkthrough of it before completing boss 3, and it looked insanely hard. Once I got an Astronaut, and a very effective launcher it was actually a very fun fight. Reminds me of some of my favorite Souls boss fights where it’s challenging, but very chaotic/entertaining.

 

Started The Ascent last night and it looks incredible on the Series X. Great game as well.

Struggling with the combat in pillars of eternity, seems really difficult to like get the hang of and I don’t like how abilities are laid out

 

starting to get the hang of it i think., someone on reddit was having the same problem and someone suggested they werent using pause enough so ive started using it between every ability i use for every party member and its helping slow things down a lot.
