Live at HOB on vinyl would be amazing.

I know their version of I Want You is on that rare tour split, but I would much rather see their version of Helter Skelter pressed. What a cover.

Saw Thrice perform it during that weird tour they did with The Gaslight Anthem, Alkaline Trio and Rise Against at Rams Head Live in Baltimore.

Little did I know at the time that my future wife would be from Baltimore.

I will be forever salty that chicago:

    1) was the only tour stop that didn’t get Red Telephone
    2) got the short end of the stick with regard to the Vheissu album tour.

I saw that show at the Norva in Norfolk, VA. I was more excited for *redacted* at the time. But Thrice's main support set really blew them out of the water.

Saw Thrice co-headline with REDACTED in 2009.

Went for REDACTED, left being in love with Thrice.

I think Sujan's Carrie and Lowell concert is the only video I've watched more than the Thrice HOB performance. That was the band at their peak IMO.

Forgive me, but why has so and so been redacted from your post? I am missing something here?

Just respecting the reality that many people don’t want to think about said band, or think about certain people in that band.

I know it doesn’t make much of a difference.

They probably think about it just by reading "Redacted" anyway. I know I did.

I saw this tour in KC, my first Thrice show! Helter Skelter cover was awesome live and I think I still have the t-shirt.

I remember they (Thrice) had a really great lighting on that tour. They had some sort of bars that went on stage that went with the music. I tried finding a video and this was the only thing I could find

Finally getting around to sink into this song a bit more and in reading the lyrics, Scavengers screams as a West style song to me.

Dustin sings, “I will find you, in the black light, of that cold dry land”. Hearing this I think of a (sort of) western past time. Here in Ari https://omegle.onl/ zona, it’s common for people to use black lights to find scorpions in their yards or out in the desert. The desert is often dry and can get cold in the night where said black light is needed to find them.

He also goes on to talk about vultures which are also common in the west, but I’m sure they are everywhere decaying animals are.

Obviously Dustin has a much deeper meaning to the song than singing about actual arachnids and buzzards. Which has me vShare – Download vShare for iOS, Android & PC asking all of you, what comes to mind when you see the word East in the album title? I’m very curious to know everyone’s predictions on what this Horizon/East title could mean, if this truly is a conceptual album/s.

For me, I think of the east coast (obviously). And it’s style of music, fashion, attitude, scenery, weather, etc. In which this song doesn’t make me think of anything east coast related. I’m sure I could be missing something. Just thought I’d share. Cheers Scavengers!

I assumed it would mean East in a global sense, not US

taking Horizon into context as well, I take at it as meaning looking eastward, which makes me think of morning/dawn.
