it's impossible to get in a game on BF1. apparently hackers are messing with the EA servers?

 

Yeah, I grabbed the GTA games on my PS4 and jump in every so often. SO GOOD. And Max Payne is Max Payne, game was glorious when I first played it.

Damn, like this list. BC2 was so great.

Max Payne 2 is as good as the original, in my opinion. Loved it. 3 was also awesome. Really hope we see another one sometime soon.

Bioshock Infinite/Borderlands 2 were by different studios, no?

Very interesting list. Notice a lot of "new" games, which of course is valid. Also interesting that two Bioshock and Batman games make the top 7. Cool cool.

AC Syndicate and Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII would make it as well. Both were fun open world games with fairly solid stories, a lot of detail and backstory into almost all playable and non playable characters and their development, fun side missions with purpose and narrative, amazing music, and just a really enjoyable setting and atmosphere. Everything felt 'just right' to me, minor frustrations aside. I also have to give a bit of an edge because of how much I like Evie Frye and Lightning. Having strong, no nonsense female characters is always a plus.

 

Oh uhh uhh I meant studio/publisher? They're both 2K. But you're right, Borderlands 2 is Gearbox and BioShock Infinite is Irrational Games.

I have played every console since the original Nintendo so to figure that out would take a long time so I limited my self to last gen and the current. Also, I can say with almost 100% certainty the two Bioshock and Batman games would still remain.

I played it so many times and got really good! I remember spending all day one weekend printing out all the Cheat codes for all the characters and all the buttons for the specials and whatnot haha. You could probably say I was a bit obsessed! The first one was good too but not nearly as good as 2

 

THPS3 is the best

I totally agree! I really wish they would release Max Payne 2 on PS4, but I'm guessing if they were going to do that they would've done it by now. I do already have it on my PC, but I prefer playing on my console tbh.

 

Skate 2 was so good. I would kill for a new one in the series. Come on EA.

 

lol I don't check this thread often and only came here to post this, but I ordered Skate 1,2,and 3 yesterday on PS3. I haven't played 3 at all, but I wanted to beat 1 and 2 again before moving on. The amount of hours I put into those games are unfathomable.

 

Yeah, I remember exploring every inch of every level, creating a ton of crazy maps, unlocking spiderman and the officer and playing Tag mode with my friends. That game was years of my life lol.

It had Wish by Alien Ant Farm on it, so it had that..... but disagree! Super biased though since I played THPS2 so much.

I guess I need to replay it and just remember to turn on the autosave feature...

 

A+ for a Crimson Skies reference. Loved that game.
