There are some fun references to the original but I don’t think it’s necessary at all, it’s basically all new characters.

I walked in on a scene my parents were watching of manifest and it felt so predictable and boring

I was like ugh

 

Every time I see people mention Tomorrow War my first thought it is Mystery Science for Future War. I feel like even when I’ve seen Tomorrow War that won’t change

 

Thumbs up for In The Heights, very enjoyable

 

Manifest looks terrible. The tomorrow war was fun because of Mike Mitchell. Got 30 minutes into in the heights and turned it off. Not for me.

 

my movie of the year thus far, shiva baby, has been on hbo max since about thursday. it's awesome and it's only like 80 minutes long. i'd provide more details, but it'd be best to go in as blind as you can

 

I'm a big fan of going into movies 100% blind, might just do that with whatever that movie is
