I don't know about anything specific like Parkinsons, but he's had LOADS of medical issues over the past decade or so. Double hip replacement, kidney replacement, nearly died from COVID. Frankly, it's even crazier that he took the bump he did.

That's his 3rd alcohol related incident in two years (he got a disorderly for being drunk and wanting to fight cops when they pulled him and Naomi over) and his 3rd DUI overall. Blowing a .20 after running a red light; I dont see how he avoids jail time.

He's like, bare minimum, a 6-pack in a couple of hours, deep to blow that kind of number.
