I think Martinez has to make an adjustment in midfield. Not necessarily a sub but he has to get more cover there. Belgium are essentially playing 5-2-3 and the '2' are overrun.

this is weird but tbh probably for the best. Club bought him for long term, he has years left on his contract and wants to make it work here. So if we can keep getting him experience and keep him improving, this isn’t too bad, even if the optics aren‘t great.

The lack of quality CFs in this tournament is a bit weird. Italy, Germany and Spain would all be better if they had somebody who could actually finish

Feel like that is a substantial blow to Italy if they get through, he’s been excellent for them and I don’t think Emerson is in the same league.
