Leicester keeping Maddison would give them a very good squad.

Soumare and Ndidi as the holding mids. Maddison as the 10. Daka up top. Love that.

 

I presume they’re going 3-5-2. I actually think Maddison is probably one of the more expendable Leicester players. They’d rightly ask for a lot of money, but I’d say they’d be happy if someone did cough up.

So that’d be Daka and Vardy up top, Castagne and Pereira as the wingbacks, Soumare and Ndidi as the two CM. Who gets the more attack CM spot if Maddison is gone? Barnes or Iheanacho? I suppose they could buy someone else.
