I am gonna listen to the rest of the singles since I will be seeing them at Lolla next month.

 

Got this in the mail today from Rise. A postcard with an email from a CIA agent discussing Vivian. Came with a blue light, when you shine it on the postcard it says “Angels & Airwaves Lifeforms 6 15 21”

No information we didn’t already know, but still cool. Like I said before, the rollout for this album has been pretty cool.

Def the best AVA song in a long time. Although Tom should like take a breath sometime in the first two and a half minutes. So many words lol

damn I'm hyped now. although rollout-wise giving us another new one so soon when the album's months away feels a little weird

That's the one thing about all the recent releases that bug me. I wish he'd let everything breath a little more.

Dry your eyes / shove vibes in the chorus but better. Catchier guitar / drum work overall. His vocals are pitched pretty high in this one too. Loving the mixing on these last two songs. The bridge is awesome.

Great song. This album is shaping up pretty good.

 

really not feeling that chorus at all, rest of the song is really strong though. is that Ilan singing a bit too?

 

Wow, all I hear is Dry Your Eyes in that chorus.
But I'm liking this alot. The production on it is great, and Illan's backing vocals really add a lot to the band (never thought I'd hear falsetto on an AVA song).
This album is shaping up to be great.

I enjoyed that. The bridge is super cool. Very Neighborhoods-esque.
