Not putting that FF collection on consoles is probably because of mobile and PC focused the Japanese market is, still dumb though.

 

Will hopefully finish Biomutant tonight. Two achievements left: one that is glitched at the moment and the other that just requires a little work. You can literally finish the game in about 10 hours with just the story but if you want to do everything, which I have done, it takes about 40-50.

 

Catching up on the Square Enix conference. That was tough to sit through. Seems like some interesting choices going on and a lot of the games seem like they are from PS3 era. Someone had mentioned that maybe they are hurting from the sheer amount of money they have to shell out to Disney to keep the Marvel games going.

I would wait. It has a lot of great qualities that are overshadowed by a lot of issues. It’s very buggy still, even after a huge patch. They are pretty responsive in regards to issues so hopefully they have a couple more patches in the pipeline.

 

Cool, cool, it's definitely on my list, but I want to finish "Ys VIII" before I get anything new and "Scarlet Nexus" is now definitely a must pickup for me after playing the demo.

Yeah, I finally gave the demo a shot the other night and I'm 100% in, can't wait for the Bandai event on Tuesday to hear more about it.

The development has gone quiet. It was delayed to this year with no release date announced and we're already halfway through the year. Hopefully it's just pushed further due to covid and not cancelled.

 

Assuming they didn't say anything about the next VII Remake installment since nobody mentioned it in here?

 

If you have GamePass Ultimate you can upgrade your FH5 version to Premium for a really good discount and get access to the game 4 days early. Very cool!

I’m only watching Nintendo because I will never get a Xbox Series X or PS5 for that matter, it’s unbelievable just how unavailable they are here

 

I just swapped Avengers and Biomutant and picked this up. Going to get home later and play it.

Can't wait for Forza Horizon 5. However, FH4 played at 4k60fps on the Series X, but it looks like FH5 will only do 4k30, based on a quick interview I read. That's a bit disappointing as FH4 blows me away at how it looks and feels in 4k60. I'm sure there are other improvements that cause 5 to improve visually in some ways just not being able to run that at the same res and FPS as previous iterations. Minor gripe but I'm sure I will play a ton of it no matter.

 

I’m curious, I wonder if they pivoted because bandai was making the new pokemon game so that became priority. Considering there’s never been anything about this game, I wonder where it is in development. You would think that considering the success rogues are having lately, that they would want to go all in on this game.
