    Things have changed.

Too much flying for festivals, but he might do a few dates on the west coast, I'd imagine.

Any particular reason why it’s charting again? Kind of random.

Summer? That meme of them not having to update their greatest hits? Travis Barker collabs? Possibilities are endless.

Tom putting it on repeat and mute all day to bump up the royalty check numbers?

If only he didn’t sell his royalties to fund Space stuff

For those with Apple Music, What’s My Age Again? Was given the spatial audio treatment - really notice the difference during the softer guitar breakdown towards the end with Travis’ drums. Well worth a listen.

  9. I’m curious who did the … I’m assuming it is more like mixing than a remaster?

  10. They did First Date, too!
I asked mark on his discord server. Will report back if something cool comes out of it

how can you tell which songs have it? I see certain albums with the symbol but I can’t tell when I click on an individual song.

It will show on the "Now Playing" card, but they need to find a way to incorporate the symbol onto the album page:

I think these Dolby Atmos songs sound much worse :(

Agreed! Maybe it’s my 2 year old AirPods but everything sounds dim and muffled to an extent. Listen to WMAA (thinking it was the Dolby version) and was like ‘wow this sounds great’ and then I realized I had to redownload it to get the Dolby version….it did not sound good (to me).

It’s mixed for a specific kind of audio. It’s not gonna sound great on inadequate audio setups

The vast majority of people streaming it will likely not benefit from the mix then.

  17. The various mixes will also depend on who did the mixing, I don't love the WMAA one compared to other mixes, but some are downright breathtakingly good.

I haven’t been able to check any of them out yet, but while they say they work for AirPods and earbuds but I’m gonna assume you’re still going to get the best experience out of something better suited to Dolby

I haven't seen any of these pop up on my Apple Music. Is it a setting I need to turn on?

How can I see if a song is available in Dolby Atmos?
Play the song, then check for the Dolby Atmos badge in Now Playing. If every song on an album is available in Dolby Atmos, you’ll see the Dolby Atmos badge on the album’s detail page. Some songs are available in Dolby Atmos only on a particular version of an album.

Yeah, it shows if the whole album is available, but when just looking at an album you can't see if Dolby Atmos is available for a specific song (lots of albums only have one or a handful of songs available, not the full thing) unless you actually play the song.

  23. First Date is also in Dolby and sounds a little better. I am not sure legacy=produced Pop Punk is gonna benefit much from this as it always felt like more of a punch to the chest. These sound more intimate. A song like Home is Such a Lonely Place would sound RAD with the Dolby treatment. That said, the drums on First Date sound REALLY cool in dolby.

  24. One of my favorites so far. You can hear the instruments basically coming from where they should in the concert hall. It's amazing.

The drums on First Date sound amazing. Wish the guitars weren’t so far back in this kind of mix. I like it most in the chorus when you hear a bit more of the underplay melody in the rhythm guitar in the “forever and ever” part.

I liked WMAA because I can really clearly hear the synth/keys I always assumed in my heart were backing up the final instrumental.

I think I am a mixed bag on it for pop punk. It’s cool and it’s fun to hear a lot of sound I don’t normally hear. But so many songs don’t sound the way I’ve heard them 10’s of thousands of times, and not for the better.
